摘  要:于2005年用22.5 kg/hm2内生菌混合菌剂、45.0 kg/hm2内生菌混合菌剂、22.5 kg/hm2球孢白僵菌菌剂、22.5 kg/hm2毛壳菌菌剂、22.5 kg/hm2角担子菌菌剂、22.5 kg/hm2莱氏野村菌菌剂、7.5 kg/hm2敌敌畏(对照)、清水(空白对照)在林场和苗圃进行了田间杀虫剂试验,各菌剂采用高孢粉剂用水稀释500倍后喷雾。研究结果表明,敌敌畏的杀虫效果为81.08%,内生菌混合菌剂45.0 kg/hm2组杀虫效果两地都为95%以上,角担子菌菌剂达到85.35%,只有毛壳菌菌剂杀虫效果为57.19%,低于化学农药杀虫效果,表明内生菌混合菌剂明显优于单一菌剂,也优于敌敌畏杀虫剂。结合试验期间气候及田间种群结构特征,得出45.0 kg/hm2内生菌混合菌剂对杨树杨扇舟蛾和杨小舟蛾的二龄前期幼虫杀虫效果达到96.23%。Insecticide field experiment of endophytic mixed inoculant was conducted in 2005. Different inoculants were used, including endophytic mixed inoculant at 22.5 kg/hm^2 and 45.0 kg/hm^2, Beauveria bassiana inoculant at 22.5 kg/hm^2, Chaetomium globosum inoculant at 22.5 kg/hm^2, Ceratobasidum stevesii inoculant at 22.5 kg/hm^2, Nomurace rileyi inoculant at 22.5 kg/hm^2, DDV at 7.5 kg/hm^2 (CK) and water (CK). High spore powders of all inoculants were diluted 5×10^2 times with water, and then sprayed in the field. Result showed that DDV had the pestkilling effect of 81.08 %. Pest-killing effects of endophytic mixed inoculant at 45.0 kg/hm^2 were above 95 % in both two fields. Pest-killing effect of Ceratobasidum stevesii inoculant reached 85.35 %. And only Chaetomium globosum inoculant was 57.19 %, which was junior to the pest- killing effect of DDV. Endophytic mixed inoculant was obviously superior to single inoculant and insecticide DDV. According to the weather and field population structure characteristics during experiment, the insecticide effect of endophytic mixed inoculant at 45.0 kg/hm^2 on earlier 2nd instar larvae of Clostera anachoreta and Micromelalopha troglodyte reached 96.23 %.
