摘　　要：详细介绍了日本建筑工程保险的实施环境、费率厘定和公估人制度,并与国内相关制度进行了对比,分析了我国建筑工程保险的不足,及日本建筑工程保险对我国的启示。Construction engineering insurance was an important property insurance category in China. The implementation environment, insurance premium ratio statement and assessor system in construction engineering insurance of Japan and China were analyzed and compared. Disadvantages in domestic construction engineering insurance were discussed. Aspects needed to be improved were also summarized.
