摘　　要：从5个方面论述了农村富余劳动力的就业对策。即:推进农业产业化经营能够拓展农业就业规模;大力发展中小企业可以促进农村劳动力向非农转移;推动小城镇建设则增加农村地区当地就业机会;加强技能培训是促进农村富余劳动力进城就业的关键;同时应建立健全服务体系,为农村劳动力就业转移提供保障。Agricultural employment scale could be developed by promoting agricultural industrialization. Surplus labor force transfer could be promoted by developing the small and medium enterprises vigorously, When enhancing small town construction, the employment chances in countryside could also be increased. Strengthening skill training was the key to promote surplus rural labor force employment in city, Meanwhile, the service system should be built and perfected to provide safeguard for surplus rural labor force transfer.
