冠心病患者血清载脂蛋白AI、B_(100)与组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制物的相关性  被引量:12

摘  要:目的:探讨载脂蛋白AI、B100与冠心病患者组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)及其抑制物活性的关系。方法:对52例冠心病患者和25例健康人用免疫比浊法测定血清载脂蛋白AI、B100浓度,并以发色底物法测定血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制物的活性。结果:冠心病各类型中,急性心肌梗死(n=12)及不稳定性心绞痛(n=19)组载脂蛋白B100、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.001);载脂蛋白AI、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂显著低于对照组(P<0.001和P<0.01)。在稳定性心绞痛组(n=21),载脂蛋白B100和纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物亦升高(P<0.05),载脂蛋白AI与组织型纤溶酶原激活剂亦降低(P<0.05)。相匹配的不稳定性心绞痛及对照组各19例的相关分析发现载脂蛋白B100与组织型纤溶酶原激活剂活性无关,而载脂蛋白B100与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性均呈正相关(r=0.8330和r=0.7729),载脂蛋白AI与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性均呈负相关(r=-0.6734和r=-0.8674)。结论:载脂蛋白AI、B100浓度与纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物活性之间存在相关关系;载脂蛋白AI与纤溶?Objective:To study the relationship between serum apolipoprotein A I and B 100 (Apo A I,B 100 ) and plasma tissue type plasminogen activator (t PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI 1) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Serum Apo A I and Apo B 100 of 52 cases with coronary heart disease and 25 controls were measured by immunoturbidimetry.Meanwhile,plasma t PA and PAI 1 were determined by spectrophotometry. Results:The concentration of Apo B 100 and PAI 1 activity in acute myocardial infarction ( n =12) and unstable angina pectoris ( n =19) were significantly higher than those of the control group( p <0 01 and 0 001,respectively).The concentration of Apo A I and t PA activity were obviously lower than those of the controls( p <0 001 and 0 01,respectively).In stable angina pectoris( n =21),Apo B 100 and PAI 1 also increased ( p <0 05);but Apo A I and t PA decreased( p <0 05).The concentration of Apo B 100 did not correlate with plasma t PA activity in 19 cases of matched unstable angina pectoris and control;but positively correlated with PAI 1 activity ( r =0 8330; r =0 7729),and the concentration of Apo A I negatively correlated with PAI 1 activity in both groups( r =-0 6734; r =-0 8674). Conclusion:The concentration of Apo A I and Apo B 100 may reflect PAI 1 activity,the former shows negative correlation while the latter shows positive correlation with PAI 1 activity.
