摘 要:目的观察激光照射对弓形虫活力及免疫原性的影响。方法分别用经2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0,5.5,6.0 W/cm2光通量1 min激光照射的RH株弓形虫速殖子常规腹腔内感染BALB/c小鼠,观察存活小鼠体内弓形虫包囊的形成和抗体效价、弓形虫速殖子的活力及繁殖力。结果4.5—6.0 W/cm2光通量激光照射后的虫体接种小鼠,小鼠全部存活,并能诱导IgG抗体的产生。此外,该光通量激光照射能使弓形虫的分裂繁殖及包囊形成抑制,活力明显减弱,死亡虫数增加。结论激光照射能有效抑制弓形虫繁殖和分裂能力,照射后的虫体能有效诱导小鼠体液免疫应答。Objective To observe the effects of laser radiation on vitality and immunogenicity of Toxoplasma gondii. Methods Tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii RH strain had been irradiated for 1 min by laser whose luminous flux was 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0 W/cm^2 respectively. BALB/c mice were infected with these tachyzoites via peritoneal cavity. The cyst formation, the titer of antibody, the vitality and multiplication of tachyzoites in mice were observed and detected. Results Mice which were infected with tachyzoites irradiated with laser of 4.5 - 6.0 W/cm&2 luminous flux were all alive and the specific IgG antibody could be induced. In addition, fission, multiplication and cyst forming of Toxoplasma gondii could be inhibited, and the vitality of Toxoplasma gondii significantly reduced, and the dead Toxoplasma gondii increased after tachyzoites had been irradiated with laser of 4.5 - 6.0 W/cm^2 luminous flux. Conclusion Laser radiation can effectively inhibit the fission and multiplication of Toxoplasma gondii, and irradiated tachyzoites can effectively induce humoral immune response in mice.
