摘  要:基于希尔波特(Hilbert)变换性质和自适应阈值检测原理,本文提出一种新的心电信号R检测算法。该方法经MIT-BIH心电数据库数据验证,可有效降低基线漂移和高频噪声的干扰,克服高大P波和T波的影响,准确检测率在99.84%以上,算法简单,实时性好。A new algorithm for R-wave detection of ECG using the properties of the Hilbert transform, also namely HT-based R-Wave Detector (HT-RWD) is proposed in this paper. The method allows R waves to be differentiated from large peaked T and P waves with a high degree of accuracy and minimizes the problems associated with baseline drift and other noises. The performance of the algorithm was tested using the records of the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database and R-wave detection rate achieved 99.84%. The algorithm has not only simple principle, but also real-time and adaptable processing capability.
