摘　　要：文章分析了系留气球地面系留装置的运动形式和受力情况,揭示了哪些因素阻碍了系统转动以及哪些是主要因素,哪些是次要因素。并通过对系统运动的瞬态分析,说明了转动惯量对系统转动灵活性的影响。最后文章给出了参考改进意见。The paper analyzed the movement and force of mooring system-tethered aerostat, and drew a conclusion about which is the main factor baring the movement. By analyzing the transient dynamic of system＇s movement, the effect of inertia moment to systme＇s rotation was described. Finally, some suggestions of improvement were provided.
