川白祛风胶囊对大鼠三叉神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察川白祛风胶囊(川芎,白芍,荆芥等)对于大鼠原发性三叉神经痛的影响。方法:对大鼠原发性三叉神经痛动物模型和三叉神经慢性缩窄环术动物模型应用川白祛风胶囊治疗,并与空白对照组和卡马西平组进行对照分析。结果:川白祛风胶囊可使原发性三叉神经痛大鼠脑组织P物质含量降低、5-HT升高。使三叉神经慢性缩窄环术模型不同程度的升高痛阈值(P<0.01),减少反应发作次数(P<0.01)、延长潜伏期(P<0.05),缩短自发疼痛持续时间(P<0.01)和诱发疼痛持续时间(P<0.01)。结论:川白祛风胶囊可使三叉神经痛大鼠脑组织P物质含量降低、5-HT升高,对其有明显的治疗作用。AIM ： To observe the influence of Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule （Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae alba, Herba Schizonepetae, etc. ） on the primary trigeminal neuralgia of the model rat. METHODS： Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule was taken to treat the primary trigeminal neuralgia and the pain after chronic constriction injury, and then compared with the control contrast group and the Carbamazepine group. RESULTS： Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule could raise the content of substance P and 5-HT in the rats＇ brain of the primary trigeminal neuralgia. But for the rat＇s model after chronic constriction injury, Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule could make the pain threshold risen （P 〈0.01 ）, the pain attacks decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, incubation period extended （ P 〈 0.05 ）, auto-pain lasting time and evoking pain lasting time shortened （P 〈0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： Chuanbaiqufeng Capsule can rise the content of substance P and 5-HT in the trigeminal neuralgia rats＇ brain, and the curative effect is obvious.
