摘　　要：综述有关速激肽受体拮抗剂对哮喘的治疗作用研究进展。速激肽是一类存在于感觉神经的活性肽,目前已发现的速激肽包括P物质、神经肽A、神经肽B、神经肽K和神经肽γ。研究表明,速激肽与哮喘的关系密切,其受体拮抗剂可用于哮喘的防治。The effect of tachykinin-receptor antagonist on asthma was reviewed. Tachykinins belonging to the peptide family are widely distributed in sensory nerves, involving substance P, neurokinin A, neurokinin B, neurokinin K and neurokinin γ. These substances have been found to be associated with asthma. The tachykinin-receptor antagonists are therapeutically effective in the prevention and treatment of asthma.
