摘  要:为了探讨中国汉族c-Ha-ras基因3′端VNTR位点遗传多态性,用AFLP-PAGE法对112例无亲缘关系的健康个体进行了c-Ha-ras基因3′端VNTR位点分析,共检出21个等位基因,其片段大小分布范围在635~2651bp之间,基因频率分布在0.0045~0.5938。父权排除率(Pe)=0.4445;杂合度(H)=0.625;个体识别力(Dp)=0.8440。共发现34种基因型,经χ2检验(χ2=237.11,df=210,P=0.1025),符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。家系调查表明这一位点的等位基因按孟德尔规律遗传。本遗传标记系统在人类学、法医学和医学遗传学的研究中有重要意义。Twenty one alleles of the c Ha ras 3′ VNTR locus were found in 112 unrelated healthy individuals of Chinese Han population by using AFLP PAGE. The frequencies of these alleles ranged from 0.0045 to 0.5938. The paternity exclusion probability of this locus was 0.4445. The heterozygosity was 0.6256. Its discriminating power was 0.8440. A total of 34 different genotypes were detected. The Chi square testing (χ 2=237.11, df =210, P =0.1025) statistically supported that these results were consistent with Hardy Weinberg's equilibrium. The investigation results of familial members showed that this genetic marker system was in line with Mendelian's law. The genetic marker system is of significance in anthropology, forensic medicine and medical genetics.
