摘 要:对轿车差速器半轴锥齿轮塑性成形进行了可行性分析,采用冷摆辗方法成形齿轮锻件。利用三维有限元软件DEFORM模拟其变形过程,在变形瞬间状态及力学量场可视化环境下,得到金属流动充填规律、应力应变状况及载荷分布等。模拟结果表明,当采用阶梯状的实心毛坯,摆角1.5°,转速25.13 rad.s-1,下模进给速度5 mm.s-1时,成形效果最好。用冷摆辗方法成形高精度轿车锥齿轮锻件的方法是可行的。The forming process of car differential half axle gear was analyzed and an assumption was put forward to forge the gear blank by cold rotary forging. The deformation process was also simulated with Finite Element Method software-DEFORM. Under the circumstance of instantaneous state of deformation and mechanical environment visual, the regularity of metal flow, strain-stress distribution, and rational load were obtained. The simulation results show that filling condition is ideal when rotary angle is set as 1.5°, rotate speed as 25.13 tad· s^-1, feed speed as 5 mm·s^-1 , and the blank as solid with a ladder. It is feasible to form the high precision car bevel gear by cold rotary forging.
