摘 要:用γ-丁内酯和γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷对氨基硅油ASO进行改性,得到新型氨基硅油BSO.介绍了氨基硅油柔软剂BSO的合成方法,并比较了两种氨基硅油制备的微乳液织物整理剂在应用过程中的柔软性、泛黄程度、亲水性、与阴离子型荧光增白剂的相容性、耐电解质性、耐碱性和乳液稳定性等基本性能.Aminosiloxane oil ASO was modified with γ-butyrolactone and γ-(2,3-epoxypropyloxy)propyltrimethylsilane to give a new aminosiloxane oil BSO, The synthesis method of the aminosiloxane oil softener BSO was presented, and the micro-emulsion finishing agents prepared from these two siloxane oils were compared for their basic properties in the uses, such as softness, yellowing level, hydrophilicity, compatibility with anionic fluorescent whiteners, electrolyte resistance, alkali resistance and micro-emulsion stability.
