摘 要:通过在传统的聚丙烯酸酯乳液聚合中添加功能性单体制备丙烯酸酯共聚物表面施胶剂。分析了影响乳液性能的几种主要因素,如单体的配比、功能单体的加入量、引发剂、乳化剂等,确定了表面施胶剂较佳的合成工艺条件。应用实验结果表明,该施胶剂不论是单独使用还是与氧化淀粉配合使用都有很好的表面施胶效果,纸张施胶度可以达到25s以上,拉毛速度高于280cm·s^(-1)。By adding some functional monomer to the traditional poly-aerylate latex,a kind of synthesis latex which has a better surface sizing effect to the base paper can be made. The main factors such as monomer furnish ,the adding amount of functional monomer and initiator,emulsifier and so on which have a significant effect on latex perforance were analyzed. The optimum synthesis formula of the objective polyacrylate latex product was also established. According to the application experiment of the synthesis product, a favourable surface sizing performance to the base paper was given either with the single latex product as the sizing agent or the mixture of the latex with suface sizing starch as the sizing agent. When the base paper was treated with the single latex and the mixture of the latex with suface sizing starch, the sizing degree and the picking speed of paper reached to more than 25 seconds and 280cm·s^-1 respectively,the smoothness of the paper reached to about 21-25 seconds. The objective polyacrylate latex showed an excellent application effect on the improvement of paper's sizing degree and some important physical performance.
