摘　　要：报告经皮腰椎间盘摘除治疗40例腰椎间盘脱出症计47个椎间盘的资料。该手术具有创伤小、安全、有效、不破坏腰椎正常生理结构等优点。本组病例近期随访总有效率95％,优良率85％,平均摘除间盘重量为2.75g,此方法为治疗腰椎间盘脱出症提供了一条新途径。Forty-seven herniated lumbar discs of 40 cases suffering from disc displacement were treated by percutaneous lumbar discectomy. Its abvantages consisted of little damage ,safety ,good effect,and keeping normal physical structure of lumbar spine. The total effectiveness rate following up for 5 months was 95% .perfect cases about 85%. The method is considered as a new way to treat herniated lumbar disc.
