双层DMCplus控制器技术在聚乙烯装置中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了运用双层DMCplus控制器技术,通过现场阶跃测试获取装置底层控制器的动态数学模型,Aspen IQ质量计算软件包获取上层质量指标(熔体流动指数)控制器的动态非线性模型,并结合产品质量数据的校正等辅助手段,使双层DMCplus控制器在扬子石化聚乙烯装置顺利投用成功。运行结果表明,该先进控制系统能够平稳生产,稳定控制聚乙烯的熔体流动指数等指标,大大降低了氢气的消耗,获取很好的经济效益。By application of double layers DMCplus controller technology, the dynamic mathematics model of lower layer controller obtained through using step test of the unit and dynamic nonlinear model of quality index （melt index） controller obtained from the Aspen IQ inferential quality software package also with lab update technologies, to make application of double layers DMCplus controller in HDPE unit at Yangzi Petrochemical Corp. successful is presented. Current commission result indicated that DMCplus controller can ensure stable and safety operation of unit, stabilize the MI of the polyethylene, reduce the consumption of hydrogen, acquire ：good economic benefit.
