摘　　要：目的:探讨注射剂包装的合理性及其对临床用药安全性的影响。方法:对我院目前使用的注射剂进行分类,并对注射剂包装存在的不规范情况及临床用药安全性进行分析。结果:涉及注射剂552种,其中72.83%的药品说明书与最小销售包装分离,20.47%的安瓿药品内标签字迹不清楚,注射剂内标签有效期标注率为76.81%,需遮光保存的药品包装不规范。结论:应进一步完善注射剂包装。OBJECTIVE：To study the rationality of the packaging of injections and its influence on the clinical medication safety .METHODS：The injections currently used in our hospital were classified, and the irrational conditions on the packaging of injections and the clinical medication safety were analyzed .RESULTS： There were total 552 kinds of injections used in our hospital, of which, 72.83% had package inserts separated from the minimal marketing packages, 20.47% had unclear ampule labels, 76.81% had the marks of expiry date on the labels .The packaging was not standardized for those drugs that should be protected from light .CONCLUSION：The packaging of injection remains to be improved.
