摘 要:通过对3种剂型中成药中白色念珠菌的存活数与辐照剂量关系的研究,建立了3种剂型中成药中白色念珠菌的存活数与辐照剂量的数学模型,确定了3种剂型中成药中白色念珠菌的D10值,并对影响辐照灭菌剂量的因素进行了讨论。结果表明,3种剂型中成药中白色念珠菌对γ射线的敏感性不同,松刚益肝丹中白色念珠菌对γ射线敏感性较高,小活络丸中白色念珠菌对γ射线敏感性次之,鼻炎片中白色念珠菌对γ射线敏感性较低。Based on studies of the relationship between the survival rate of C. albicaas and the doses of γ rays in three form of chinese medicine, the mathematical models of the relationship between their survival rate and the doses of γ rays were established, respectively. Their D10 values were determined, and the factors effecting the radiosterlization doses were discussed. Results showed that the sensitivity of C. albicaas to γ rays was the highest in Chinese medicine SONGGANGYIGANDAN, the second was in chinese medicine XIAOHUOLUOWAN, and the lowest was in chinese medicine BIYANPIAN.
