吻合器在9例直肠癌保肛手术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的总结应用吻合器在直肠癌根治保肛手术的经验。方法分析9例直肠癌行根治，全直肠系膜切除（TME）术，并应用吻合器避免患者术后终身携带粪袋，提高患者生活质量手术方法和随访结果。结果9例直肠癌随访时间1～30个月，都健在，现积极行化疗。结论直肠癌根治术要求一方面对肿瘤进行彻底切除，另一方面吻合器操作替代手术操作，尽量保留肛门，提高病人的生活质量。Objective To summarize the experience of using stapler in rectal cancer with anus conserving surgery. Methods 9 rectal cancer patients underwent radical operation, entire rectal mesentery resection （TME） , and stapler was applied to avoid patients schlepping excrement bag for life after surgery. Results We performed a 1-30 months follow-up and found all of them were alive and were taking chemotherapy. Conclu-sion The radical operation of rectal cancer not only requests the downright resection of tumor, but also needs to apply stapler to retain anus to the greatest extent to improve patients quality of life.
