摘　　要：目的:探讨桡骨远端C型骨折(28例)的手术治疗及临床疗效评价。方法:18例采用掌侧入路切开复位“T”形钢板内固定,10例采用背侧入路切开复位外固定架治疗。结果:本组全部随访,腕关节功能按改良的McBride评定标准评定,优19例,良5例,可4例,优良率85.0%。结论:手术治疗桡骨远端C型骨折能有效恢复桡骨远端的长度及关节面。Objective： To explore the surgical treatment of AO type C fracture of the distal radius, and to evaluate the clinical theraputic effect. Methods： Eighteen cases were treated with open reduction intemal fixation with T-shaped plate through metacarpus approach and 10 cases were treated with open reduction external fixation through dorsum approach. Results： All the patients were followed up. The function of wrist joint was evaluated according to the modified McBride grading. Nineteen cases were excellent, 5 cases were good and 3 cases were fair. The excellent and good rate was up to 85.0%. Conclusion： Surgical treatment can effectively restore the anatomic articular surface structure of distal radius and maintain normal radius length in type C distal radius fracture.
