城市经营对杭州城市竞争力提升的利弊分析

摘　　要：文章在全球化及市场经济的背景下探讨城市经营对城市竞争力提升的影响,指出土地资本运营总体上对杭州城市竞争力提升有正面影响,但是土地及房产价格过高,影响企业在杭州的投资选择,不利于高层次人才引进,而且使综合环境资源节约成本高,不利于杭州城市竞争力的保持和提高。为此提出了相应的对策建议。Against the background of the market economy and globalization, this paper studies how city management influences city competitiveness of Hangzhou. It points out that capitalization operation of the land on the whole has promoted Hangzhou＇s city competitiveness. However, capitalization operation of the land also has negative effects. It has made the prices of land and property so high that to some degree it has made the enterprise investment out, and has made Hangzhou less attractive for talented persons, and also has made the comprehensive environment resources economy cost of Hangzhou high. These are disadvantages for Hangzhou to keep the city competitve. This paper has put forward some measures to these problems.
