摘　　要：在分析杭州住宅市场发展现状和主要特征的基础上,从住宅潜在需求、房价区域分化、住宅郊区化等方面对未来杭州住宅消费市场的发展趋势进行了综合研究,并提出了相应的政策建议。In recent years, Hangzhou＇s housing market is the focus of attention of the community. Housing industry has become an important industry in the economic area of Hangzhou. This paper makes a comprehensive study on the future development trend of Hangzhou housing market from different pointss such as potential needs, different prices in different regions, suburban housing and so on and makes the corresponding policy recommendations based on the analysis of Hangzhou real estate development and main features.
