白芍总苷和当归提取物合用对肝细胞凋亡的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:研究白芍总苷和当归提取物合用对肝细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法:采用D-GalN+LPS诱导小鼠肝细胞凋亡,用流式细胞仪检测,同时在电镜下观察细胞病理学变化。结果:白芍总苷和当归提取物合用可抑制小鼠各周期肝细胞凋亡,且电镜下可见药物组的小鼠肝细胞形态趋于正常。结论:白芍总苷和当归提取物合用对小鼠肝细胞凋亡有一定的保护作用。OBJECTIVE： To study the protective effect of Total glucosides of paeony （TGP） in combination with the extract from Angelica Sinensis（EAS） on hepatocyte apoptosis. METHODS： Hepatocyte apoptosis of mice was induced by D-GaIN plus LPS. The detection was performed using flow cytometry and the pathologic change of the cells was observed under the electron microscope. RESULTS： TGP and EAS used concomitantly could inhibit apoptosis of hepatocytes （at different cycle） in mice. Under electron microscope, the hepatocytes of mice in the drug-intervention group appeared normal in shape. CONCLUSION： The combined therapy of TGP and EAS can inhibit apoptosis of hepatocytes to some extent.
