摘 要:目的:对广东海风藤药材超临界二氧化碳萃取物中木脂素的含量进行测定。方法:采用超临界二氧化碳萃取广东海风藤药材,萃取压力10MPa,萃取温度45℃,分离压力5MPa,分离温度50℃。采用比色法和HPLC法分别测定了萃取物中总木脂素和五味子乙素的含量。结果:广东海风藤药材超临界二氧化碳萃取物中总木脂素平均含量以五味子酯甲计为96.6mg·g-1,RSD为2.77%;五味子乙素平均含量为25.53mg·g-1,RSD为2.71%。结论:采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法能有效地提取出广东海风藤中木脂素成分。本实验所采用方法可作为广东海风藤药材及其制剂的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of lignans in extract substrates from Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction. METHODS The supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction was used to extract lignans from Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib. The progress parameters were: extraction pressure lt) Mpa, extraction temperature 45 ℃, separation pressure 5 Mpa, separation temperature 50 ℃. The contents of lignans were determined by colormetric method and the contents of γ-Schisandrin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The contents of lignans in extract substrates from Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction was 96. 6 mg·g^-1 calculated by sehisantherin A, RSD is 2. 77%, the contents of γ-Sehisandrin was 25.53 mg·g^-1, RSD is 2. 71%. CONCLUSION The lignans of Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib could be effectively extracted by supereritieal carbon dioxide fluid extraction. The determination methods in this article could be used as quality control methods of Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib and its preperation.
