摘  要:目的:应用不同溶剂对天然植物瑞香狼毒进行提取,并对不同提取物进行抗惊厥活性的初步实验,探索其治疗癫痫的有效化学成分。方法:采用溶剂萃取法和抗癫痫活性实验,确定何种溶剂提取物抗癫痫活性比较强,并对活性较强提取物的化学成分加以分离,进行结构鉴定。结果:抗惊厥活性物质分别存在于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮和水层提取物中,其中丙酮提取物可使其抗惊厥的潜伏期由对照组的(8.6±1.9)min延长至(21.4±6.7)min;对丙酮提取物进行进一步研究,证明抗惊厥活性的有效成分为伞形花内酯,其作用可使抗惊厥的潜伏期由对照组的(8.6±1.9)min延长至(18.1±4.3)min。结论:初步实验证明瑞香狼毒具有抗惊厥作用,伞形花内酯是有效成分之一。OBJECTIVE To study probe into the active anti-epilepsy chemical components of natural Stellera chamaejasme L. METHODS By the solvent extraction and anti-epileptic activity experiments, The structure of active component was confirmed. RESULTS The experiment proved that its active components existed in the layers of ethanol, aether, acetone and water extractions, among which, acetone extractions can make the latent period of anti-epilepsy lengthen from (8. 6 ± 1.9) min to (21.4 ± 6. 7)rain. The further research on acetone extractions showed that the effective component of anti-epilepsy is umbellifcrone, which lengthened the latent period of anti-epilepsy from (8. 6 ± 1.9) min to (18. 1± 4. 3) min comparing with control group. CONCLUSION The primary experiment proved that Stellera chamaejasme L. had the anti-epilepsy function and umbellifelme was one of the effective components derived from it.
