摘　　要：目的:研究裂叶荨麻提取物微囊的制备工艺。方法:采用正交设计法对裂叶荨麻提取物微囊的制备工艺进行研究。结果:当囊心、囊材比为0.5∶1.25,成囊温度为70℃,搅拌速度为800r·min-1时,含量及产量较高。结论:该工艺简单,可靠。OBJECTIVE To study the preparation technique of microcapsules of U. fissa Pritz extract. METHODS The method of orthogonal design was used to study the preparation technique of microcapsules of U. fissa Pritz extract. RESULTS When the ratio of coating material to U. fissa Pritz was 0. 5：1.25, temperature of capsulation was 70 ℃,and a rate was 800 r. min^-1, the highest rate of production could be obtained. CONCLUSION The technique is simple and reliable.
