摘　　要：以某公司针对工程车辆动力传动元件维修的备件管理为背景。首先对备件管理系统进行分析,建立该备件管理系统的功能结构模型;然后对备件需求状况进行统计分析,确定其需求概率模型和做出动态存储决策模型。该模型为工程车辆传动元件的维修备件管理工作提供了完善、全面的管理方案。This paper based on the spare parts management of one company which service vehicle power unit： First of all, this paper analyzed the spare parts management system of this company, and found a functional configuration model. Then it given a statistic analysis of demand of spare parts, and fixed the probability model of the demand and the dynamic stocking policy model. This system offers the perfect and comprehensive solution for the spare parts management of the vehicle.
