摘　　要：转炉汽化冷却烟道是炼钢过程中的主要设备,其工作环境极其恶劣,极易发生漏水现象。而分别向可移动段和炉口固定段进行单独供水冷却,且将两路管线连通起来,即能使冷却效果明显增强,提高设备使用寿命,降低漏水几率,又使安全运行系数得到提高。The cooling flue pipes of vaporization system is one of the main equipment in steel-making process, whose working environment is extremely bad, taking place water leaking phenomenon easiest. Although respectively supplying the cooling water to the transportable section and the fixed section and connecting the two parts can strengthen the cooling down effect obviously, improve equipment life time, reduce the probability of water leaking and rise the safe modulus of equipment running .
