摘  要:以硝酸为反应试剂,从压电陶瓷废弃物中浸出银,考察了浸出时间、硝酸用量、浸出温度、固液比等工艺条件对浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:浸出时间为90m in,硝酸用量为4.5m l,温度为85℃,固液比为1∶3.5,银的浸出率可达到99.36%。对于不同含银量和品种的其它压电陶瓷废片,可以采取同样方法摸索出浸出优选工艺条件,结合放大试验得到实际生产的优选工艺条件。Silver from electron pottery scrap was leached by nitric acid. The influences of leaching time, reaction temperature and the amount of nitric acid and the ratio of solid to liquid were investigated. The results indicate that favorable conditions are the ratio of 1 to 3.5 of solid to liquid ,the addition of 4.5 ml nitric acid and the temperature of 85 ℃ and leaching time of 90 mins. The best dissolution rates of silver were 99.36%. We can use the same method to grope other kinds of electron pottery scrap's select condition which is different silver's content and breed, according to amplificatory examination, we can obtain the best select condition.
