构建和谐农村金融市场的思考

摘　　要：目前我国农村金融体制改革已取得一定成效,但未能从开创一个多样化的有序竞争的金融市场着眼,未能与农村经济的改革有机地结合起来,尚难适应农业和农村经济发展的需要。深入分析了农村金融体系存在的问题,指出了目前农村金融体系中的不和谐因素,并对如何构建和谐的农村金融市场提出了几点建议。Presently reforms on the rural financial system have some achievements in China, but diversified, regular and competitive financial markets were not initiated. Rural financial systems could not combine with rural economical reform and still hardly possible adapt to the demands of agricultural and rural economics development. The problems existed in the rural financial systems were analyzed deep. The paper also indicates the disharmonious ingredients in the rural financial system. Then some suggestions were put forward on how to construct harmonious rural financial market.
