摘　　要：目的观察核因子-kB(NF-kB)在早期流产患者绒毛组织中的表达,从而探讨其与早期流产发病之间的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学方法检测早期流产患者绒毛组织中的NF-kB的表达情况。结果早期流产患者绒毛组织中NF-kB呈高表达。结论早期流产患者中NF-kB的激活参与了早期流产的发病机制。Objective To investigate the expression of NF-kB in the early spontaneous abortion. Methods Immunohistochemical method was applied to observe the expression of NF-kB in the villus of patients with early spontaneous abortion. Result The result showed that the NF-KB expressed highly in the villus of patients with early spontaneous. Conclusion It suggested that the activation of NF-kB in the villus of patients with early spontaneous abortion may play an importmant role in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion.
