摘　　要：针对建筑业中建设单位存在的项目管理模式选择问题,应用折衷型模糊决策模型进行项目管理模式的优选,对建设单位进行项目管理模式的选择提供了一种参考。Aiming at the existing problems in determining the alternative management mode for building enterprise, the application of eclectic fuzzy decision making model in optimizing the project management mode gives a reference to the choice of management mode.
