摘  要:随着造纸及整饰设备向高速、宽幅、强化过程的方向发展,包括:高冲量压榨辊、宽压区压榨辊、热压榨辊、光泽压榨缸、抗挠辊、可控挠度辊等各种特殊结构、大直径、高线压辊(缸)的设计已成为现代造纸设备发展突出的关键技术之一。为进行这类辊的纵横向综合强度分析和刚度计算,导出了辊(缸)壳的横向内力(弯矩、拉力、剪力)计算式,绘制了弯、拉、剪力系数计算图,为高线压辊(缸)的横向内力分析、计算提供了直观、方便的工具。By papermaking equipment to high speed, extra wide along with thepapermaking, strengthened process, it has been one of essential technical design kinds of special structure, large diameter, altitude drag roll(cylinder), including high impulse presser, wide pressure area squeezing roller, heat squeezs roller~ luster squeezing roller, anti-deflection roll, controllable deflection roll, et al. In order to carry on this kind of roller vertically and horizontallyto the synthesis intensity and the rigidity computation, the mathematical formula of roller (cylinder) landscape orientation internal force (bending moment, pulling force, shearing force) has derived. Computation graph of coefficient on bending moment, pulling force, shearing force has drawed, Direct-viewing and convenient tool has provided,for altitude drag roll (cylinder) Roller shell analysis.
