摘  要:利用PRO/II软件对醋酸-水-醋酸丁酯体系的共沸精馏进行模拟计算,用Hayden-O’Connell方程计算气相逸度系数,用NRTL方程计算液相活度系数。用实验数据验证模拟结果,结果表明,模拟计算所得的沿塔温度和各组分浓度分布曲线与实验数据相吻合,醋酸-水-醋酸丁酯体系的精馏是一个汽-液-液三相共沸精馏,加料口以上为三相区,加料口附近为三相到两相的过渡区,加料口以下为两相区。Azeotropic distillation of acetic acid, water and butyl acetate was simulated with the software PRO/Ⅱ. The fugacity coefficients were calculated by Hayden-O'Connell equation, and the activity coefficients by NRTL equation. The simulation results were verified by comparison with experiment data. The results showed that the temperature distribution along the column and the concentration distribution curves of different components coincided with the experiment data. The distillation of acetic acid, water and butyl acetate system was a gas-liquid-liquid three phase azeotropic distillation process. The three phase distillation area was above the inlet position. Three phase distillation transformed to two phase distillation near the inlet position, and the two phase distillation area was below the inlet position.
