摘 要:为了获得可显著提高PET瓶阻隔性能又可与PET聚酯有较好相容性的纳米复合材料改性剂,本文选择SiO2与尼龙N-MXD6T制备纳米复合材料。研究不同摩尔比的己二酸和对苯二甲酸与间苯二甲胺聚合制备尼龙N-MXD6T的聚合工艺,并与纳米二氧化硅复合,获得纳米复合粒子,再用核磁共振、透射电镜和热分析研究其结构特征及分散和结晶性能,制备的齐聚物中纳米粒子的加入量以10~30%为宜,纳米颗粒分散基本均匀。In order to obtain the nanocomposite modifier which could both increase PET bottle's gas barrier property and had better compatibility with PET polyester, this paper selected SiO2 and nylon MXD6T to prepare nanocomposite. First, we reseached the polymerization process of nylon MXD6T which was prepared with the different ratio of hexanedioic acid, terephthalic acid and m-xylylenediamine, then nylon MXD6T reacted with nanometer SiO2 to prepare nanocomposite particle. Then, nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), electronic microscopy (TEM) and thermal analysis were used to analyze its configuration, dispersion and crystallizing properties. The proper quantity of nanocomposite was 10- 30%. Nanometer dispersed better.
