摘　　要：财务管理教学存在理论与实践、职业考试与实践教学及提高学生兴趣与课程特点等矛盾。在教学中,通过案例和综合题教学、国内外对比教学以及有效利用多媒体优势等方法来解决教学中存在的主要矛盾以提高教学质量。The principal Contradictions of financial teaching have theory and practice, occupation test and practice teaching, student interest and curriculum characteristics and so on o In the teaching we must use the methods of the case and the synthesis teaching, the contrast teaching of theory relating our country t and multimedia superiority to resolve the contradictions which in the teaching exists and to improve the teaching fully.
