摘　　要：随着电子商务的大力发展,电子现金支付也随之出现.本文分析了电子现金的基本概念和特点,然后根据电子现金的支付流程,分析了使用电子现金支付时存在的问题及其相应的对策.This paper analyses and discusses the concepts and theory about e-money, clearing up some misunderstandings on it, giving out a new definition of e-money and the architecture of developing e-money system. It is useful in making clear the concept of e-money and the e-money system development.
