摘　　要：详细论述了地衣标本的采集、制作和保存方法及注意事项,同时阐明了在采集标本的同时进行共生菌和光合共生物分离培养的重要性。This paper deals with the method and process of collection, preparation and preservation of lichen specimens based on the authors＇ experience in the work. The development of the molecular biology has provided opportunity for research and development of lichen resourees and experimental lichen biology. So the authors emphasize that isolation and cultivation of mycobiont and photobiont are necessary during the field work for research and development of lichen resourees and experimental lichen biology.
