摘　　要：随着国家对建筑节能的重视和上海城市改造的深入推进,风貌建筑的节能改造也被提上议事日程。文章以上海卢湾区思南路55#房的节能改造项目作为案例分析,来阐述一般风貌建筑的节能改造方法。为上海风貌建筑的节能改造提出一些思路。With the State＇s attention to buildings＇ energy saving and the deepening of city reconstruction in Shanghai, the energy-saving reconstruction of scenic buildings has been placed on the agenda. Taking the energy-saving reconstruction of the house at 55 Sinan Road, Luwan District, Shanghai as an example, this article illustrates the energy-saving reconstruction methods of general scenic buildings, and gives some clews to the energy-saving reconstruction of scenic buildings in Shanghai,
