摘　　要：目的:精索静脉曲张腹股沟精索内静脉高位结扎术疗效观察。方法:对69例患者行经腹股沟精索内静脉高位结扎术治疗,术前及术后3个月复查精液常规,进行对照,并进行统计学处理。结果:术后3个月复查精液常规明显改善,经统计学分析差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:精索静脉曲张可导致精液质量改变致不育,手术可以改善精子质量。Objective： To observe the effectiveness of the patients with varicocele by tying off intrafuniculi vein in high position through groin. Methods：The 69 patients with varicocele all performed surgery by tying off the intrauniculi vein in high position. Examine the semen routine separately before and three months after operation and make a statistically analysis.Results：All cases receired good. Results and the semen routine examination of postoperation showed remarkable improvement. For comparison, there are significant difference between them（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions： Varicocele can result in male infertility, surgery can improve spermatic quality.
