摘　　要：目的:通过改善内耳循环障碍,增加组织供氧量来促进听力恢复。方法:对40例老年人突发性聋患者进行回顾性分析,并与不同年龄组进行对比。结果:经用药后统计,发病时间和疾病严重程度不同有效率不同,但病情都有明显好转,甚至达到发病前的听力水平。结论:采用扩血管及抗凝、溶栓药物、能量合剂及维生素类、肾上腺皮质激素。治疗效果确切有效。Objective：Goal：Through the improvement internal ear circulation barrier, the increase organization promotes the hearing restoration for the oxygen quantity.Method：Carries on the review analysis to the 1998- 2006 year in my branch hospital treatment 40 examplea senior citizens burst characteristics deaf patient, and carries on the contrast with the different age group After. Result ：The durable medicine counts, arises the time anddisease serious degree different effectiveness is different, but thecondition all has the obvious change for the better, even achievedafises the front hearing level. Conclusion：The burst characteristics deaf recognition is possible and the internal ear micro circulation barrier related, clinical uses expands the blood vessel and prevents clotting, dissolves the hitch medicine, the energy mixture and the vitamin class, the adrenal cortex hormone, auxiliary to the high pressure oxygen treats improves the cochlea micro circulation, the increase organization for the oxygen quantity, can the effective restoration lose hearing. The treatment result accurate is effective, is worth the clinical promotion.
