摘　　要：目的:探讨可达龙在心房颤动治疗中的疗效。方法:房颤病人共60例,随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予可达龙;对照组给予倍他乐克和洋地黄,观察复律及心室率情况。结果:可达龙在转复窦性心律方面与对照组相比有显著性差异;在心室率方面两组比较无显著性差异。结论:可达龙在房颤复律方面具有较强优势。Objective：To explore the effect of the amiodarone on the patients of atrial fibrillation.Methods：60 cases of atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into therapy group （amiodarone）and compared group（ Betaloc and digitalis）. To observe the turning over the rhythm of the heart and the rate of ventricle. Results：Amiodarone have significant difference in turning over the rhythm of the heart;have no significant difference in the rate of ventricle. Conclusions：Amiodarone have obvious superiority in turning over the rhythm of the heart.
