摘　　要：　 目的建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量。方法采用色谱柱为NUCLEOSIL C18（10μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）;流动相为乙腈-水（3∶97）;流速为1.0 ml·min^-1;柱温为25℃;检测波长：220 nm。结果天麻素在10.83-64.98μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,回归方程为：A=99.1571C-21.2667,天麻素平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.6%,n=5。结论该法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于控制天麻胶囊的质量。Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of Gastrodin in Tianma Granule. Methods The analytical column was a nucleosil C18 （10 μm ,4. 6 mm× 250 mm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（3： 97）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1 and the column temperature was 25℃ . The determination wavelength was 220 nm . Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.83 -64.98μ g ·ml^-1（ r = 0.999 9）. The regression equation was A = 99. 1571C -21. 266 7. The average recovery was 99.2% ,RSD was 0.6% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is simple , reliable and reproducible for quality control of Gastrodin in Tianma Granule.
