摘　　要：“脑主神明”理论修正了“心主神明”理论藏象学说的不足,进一步完善和发展了中医传统文化,在脑病的治疗中起着举足轻重的作用。文章就近年来学术上谁主神明的争鸣,详细阐述了“脑主神明”的涵义、对其理论学说的认识,以及该理论在脑病诊治中的主导作用,以助于推进中医理论体系的发展,更好的指导临床治疗用药。The ＂Brain Govern the Spirit Light＂ theory corrects the insufficient of ＂Heart Govern the Spirit Light＂ theory, makes Chinese Traditional Medical culture more perfect and more developed. It is a very important basic theory in the treatment of encephalopathy. This essay concludes different viewpoints in this field, explains the meaning of ＂ Brain Govern the Spirit Light＂, the understand of its basis and its domination in the treatment of encephalopathy, in order to make contribution to the development of Chinese Traditional Medical System and sets a guideline to the medical use in clinic.
