高效液相色谱—蒸发光散射检测法测定童康片中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立童康片中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法测定童康片中黄芪甲苷的含量;色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相∶水-乙腈(34∶66),流速:0.8 ml.min-1,ELSD参数:漂移管温度:95℃,N2流速:2.4 mol.min-1。结果平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD为2.06%,回归方程:Y=1.6266X+4.0603,相关系数:r=0.9991。结论经过系统的方法学考察,所建立的测定方法具有操作简便、稳定、专属、可重复的特点,可用于童康片的质量控制。Objective To establish the determination of astragaloside Ⅳin Tongkang Tablets. Methods HPLC-ELSD method was developed for the determination of astragaloside IV in Tongkang Tablets by using Kromasil C 18 （250 mm × 4, 6 mm, 5μm） column, a mixture of acetonitrile-H2O （34： 66） as mobile phase at the flow rate of O. 80 ml·min^-1. The parameters of drift tube and gas flow rate of the detector were set at 95℃and 2.4 L·min^-1 ,respectively. Results The average recovery was 100. 6% and the linear equation was Y= 1. 626 6X ＋ 4.060 3. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 1. ConcLusion The method is simple, stable, accurate and repeatable, and can be applied to quality control of Tongkang Tablets.
