北五味子多糖的提取和含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立提取和测定北五味子中多糖含量的方法。方法采用比色法测定北五味子中多糖含量。结果测得北五味子中多糖含量为6.57%,平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.54%。结论该方法简便、精密度及重现性均较好,结果令人满意。Objective To establish a method for the extraction and detemination of polysaccharide from Schisandra chinensis （Turcz） Baill Fruit. Methods Polysaccharide in Schisandra chinensis （Turcz） Baill Fruit was determined by the method of Spectrophoto metry. Results The polysacharides in Schisandra chinenisis （Turcz） Baill Fruit was 6, 57% , the average recovery was 99, 78% ,RSD was 1,54%. Conclusion This method is simple ,the result is stable, reproducible, and satisfactory.
