丁香浴足方薰洗治疗对早期糖尿病足微循环影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察“丁香浴足方”局部薰洗对早期糖尿病足微循环的影响。方法对病人使用“丁香浴足方”进行1次/d局部薰蒸,20 d后进行甲襞微循环的检测。结果治疗组的疗效及甲襞微循环检测指标均明显优于同温度热水对照组。结论“丁香浴足方”局部薰洗可以明显改善早期糖尿病足的微循环状态。Objective To observe the effect of Dingxiangyuzufang on diabetic foot belong to early period type treated and study its mechanism on the disorder of microcirculation. Methods Patients with diabetic foot lesions were treated by Dingxiangyuzufang once a day and were observed changes of nails fold microcirculation after 20 days. Results Curative effect and various observation index in treatment group were better than those in contrasting group on. Conclusion Dingxiangyuzufang is functional for the treatment of diabetic foot and also for the improvement of the disorder of microcirculation.
