稀土配合物应用于蚕种生产的研究春期蚕种生产中的应用效果

摘　　要：研究了稀土配合物在春期蚕种生产中的应用效果。采用喷匀桑叶，直接喂蚕的方法，提高了虫蛹生命率、单蛾造卵数、产卵数、良卵率等。通过小区饲养，提出了添食稀土配合物的时间为4龄2次，饷食后第2、3天各一次，浓度为0．05％；5龄4次，起蚕饷食后第2天开始，每天1次，浓度为0．1％。在此基础上，进行了大面积的对比饲养，添食区比CK区单位制种有较大提高，经济效益显著。Rare-earth compound was employed in commercial production in spring. Theeffect of its employment was studied. The larva-pupa survival rate,the number of eggs pro-duced and number of good eggs were enhanced by spraying the compound uniformly on mul-berry leaf and feeding it to silkworm directly. Plot test demonstrated that during the 4th in-star,the compound was administrated 2 times on the 2nd and 3rd day after the first feedingrespectively,and the concentration of compound was 0. 05%; during the 5th instar,the timesof administration was 4,one time a day from the second,and the concentration was 0. 1 %. Onthe basis of this,a large scale rearing was conducted comparatively,the tested group was su-perior to the CK in egg yield as well as economic benefits.
