海水环境下玻璃纤维/聚酯基复合材料的性能研究

摘　　要：采用真空辅助成型工艺(VARI)制作玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯基复合材料,室温条件下,将各组试样在海水中分别浸泡不同时间,分析其吸水率及力学性能的变化.试验确认,浸泡初期其吸水率一直呈上升趋势,浸泡两周后有所下降;其拉伸强度随浸泡时间的增加一直呈下降趋势.The VARI （ vacuum assisted resin infusion） is applied to fabricate the composites of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester. Samples are immersed in sea water for different days in laboratory temperature. And then the water-absorption rate and mechanical property are studied. Experiment results show that the water-absorption rate is confirmed to be always rising with the immersed days increasing, however, after two weeks, immersion it appears to decrease. At the same time, the tensile tenacity is decreasing all the time.
