摘　　要：目的:探讨双能量数字化减影技术(DESR)对胸部病变的应用价值。方法:采用DESR比较两次曝光法与一次曝光法的效果。结果:DESR是胸部摄影的又一种辅助检查方法,它能提高对胸部病变的检出率,对病灶的定位、定性有很大帮助。结论:DESR的两次曝光法比一次曝光法有明显的优势,能分别观察胸部软组织和骨骼图像,合理选用胸部DESR能提供更多的影像信息。Objective ：To evaluate the practical value of dual-energy subtraction （DES） on chest digital radiography （DR）. Methods ： The result of dual energy subtraction digital chest radiography performed by dual exposure and single exposure techniques were compared. Results ： As a subsidiary way of chest X-ray exemination, DES may improve the detection rate of chest disease , and also provide more evidence is. Conclusion ：The utilization dual exposure cometrue. Dual exposure is obviously supreior to single of exposure energy, which maybe capable of visualizing the soft tissue of digital radiography （DR） make exposure for the data of subtraction and bony tissues on the chest images separately. Rational selection of the DES in chest digital radiography may provide more useful information than regular DR images.
