摘　　要：负压伤口治疗是近十年来开展的伤口治疗新方法,其中有两项关键技术(封闭负压引流技术和封闭负压辅助闭合技术)的研究取得了显著进展。作者就两者在伤口治疗中的作用机制、适应证、方法学研究、临床应用及其异同点作一综述。Negative pressure wound therapy has been used for more than a decade as a method of wound care. Important advances have been obtained on the study of the two key techniques （vacuum sealing drainage and vacuum-assisted closure）. The article reviewed the mechanism, indication, methodology and differences between techniques for wound management.
